1. How did you first get into skating?

Parker: I first really got into skating when I went to a skate park for the first time. I met some of the people from champa blades.

2. What was the moment that made you fall in love with it?

On that same day they taught me how to drop in and ever since I’ve been hooked!

3. Did you play any other sports or do other activities before skating? If so, do you think they helped you in any way?

I never really played sports on a team, but I did play football soccer ext. with friends inside and outside school. I feel like just staying active helped with skating, and being able to skate longer without getting tired is what it mainly did.

4. Who are your biggest influences in skating? (Pro skaters, local skaters, friends, etc.)

My biggest influence right now I would say is Frankie Morales but at a more local level just champa blades is general Everyone is so helpful with everything

5. What’s your current skate setup, and why did you choose it?

My current skate setup is the new fm5’s with create original frames. I have these skates because of the guy behind it and not only that but of of good they are super lightweight and grind super easy on anything.

6. What’s a trick or skill you’re working on right now?

Hurricane top soul is the trick I currently have my eyes set on.

7. What’s been your biggest challenge in skating so far, and how did you overcome it (or how are you working on it)?

My biggest challenge so far was learning how to 540. It took me more than a year to land it and a lot of brusies and cuts. But as soon as people told me to throw my arm like I was punching someone it worked like a charm and now come as easy as a 360!

8. If you could skate anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

If I could skate anywhere in the world I would go to either winter clash or Woodward and I would go because of the foam pits!

9. Where do you see yourself in skating in the next few years? Do you have any goals or dreams with it?

In the next few years I want to keep going to as many comps in the U.S. as possible and hopefully win or place well in most of them

10. What do you love most about the skate community, and what would you like to see more of?

I love this skate community so much. Everyone helps so much with everything, any trick you want, or just having quality time skating.
